Upgrading Firmware
You can upgrade the firmware in multiple ways.
- It is recommended to do a backup before upgrade. For more information, refer to KB article, Taking backup of NSM On-Premise before upgrade.
- Backups may take excessive disk space, which may cause upgrade failure. It is recommended to delete all backups before upgrade, and create a new one after.
