Approval Workflow Settings

Approval workflow settings allows you to enable and set up approvals for proposed system updates.

Changes of a firewall belonging to a tenant whose Approval Workflow is enabled will be deployed only after the tenant approves the commit changes.

To enable approvals

1. Navigate to Manager View | Home > Config Management > Approval Groups page.

   Approval Workflow Settings tab opens by the default.

2. Enable the Approval Workflow for tenant.
3. Set the Approval Selection, Full or Partial based on full approval required or partial approval is allowed.
4. Set the number of days required to get the approval in the Default Approval Expire Period field. The default is 7 days.
5. Click Accept.
