Archiving Configuration of a Device

Creating configuration backups enables you to restore a firewall configuration anytime.

To create a configuration backup of a device

  1. Navigate to Manager View | Home > Firewalls > Inventory page.
  2. Click the Ellipses icon in the ACTION column for which you want to create a configuration backup and select Create Backup Configuration.

  3. Click Confirm.

    A new configuration snapshot is created under the Manager View | Home > Config Management > Audit page. For more information, refer to Audit.
