Secure Mobile Access 12.4 Administration Guide

Post-Connection Scripting

You can configure the client to launch an executable file or script on Windows, macOS, or Linux computers after a network tunnel connection has been established. For example, you could specify a Windows .bat file that executes a command script that maps network drives. You can also specify command-line options to run when the script launches.

The appliance does not provision the script to users: the client simply executes the script with any specified command-line options. The specified script must already be present on users’ computers before the client can execute it, and any specified scripts must be deployed and managed separately.

The post connection script file must be in a location on the client computer that the user can access and where that user can execute files.

For information about configuring these settings, see Configuring Tunnel Client Settings.
