Installing Secure Endpoint Manager from Client Installation Package

Prerequisits:

• SMA/CMS running 12.4.2 firmware version.

To install SEM from client installation package

1. In the AMC, navigate to User Access > Agent Configuration.

2. In the Access Agents, next to Client installation packages, click Download.

   The Client Installation Packages page displays.

   

3. For Windows: In the Secure Endpoint Manager click the drop-down next to Windows option and select the installation package based on your operating system and click Download.

   SEM for Windows is supported on platforms such as x86 and x64. The available options are:

   • X86 and X64 (.exe)

   • X86 and X64 (.msi)

   Or

   For Mac: In the Secure Endpoint Manager click Download next to Mac option.

   The install package is downloaded to your machine.

4. Open the downloaded file and click Agree to agree to the terms, then click Install.
