Clear Cookies and Cache

To clear browser cookies and cache in Internet Explorer

1. Click Tools > Internet Options.

2. Click Delete Files and Delete Cookies.

To clear browser cookies and cache in Mozilla Firefox

1. Click Tools > Clear Private Data.

2. Select at least these three checkboxes:

   • Cookies

   • Cache

   • Authenticated Sessions

3. Click Clear Private Data Now.

To clear browser cookies and cache in Google Chrome

1. Click Tools > Clear browsing data.

2. Select at least these checkboxes:

   • Delete cookies and other site and plug-in data

   • Empty the cache

3. Click Clear browsing data.
