To manage users of time-based one-time passwords
In the AMC, navigate to System Configuration > Authentication Servers.
In the Other servers section, click Edit next to Configure time-based one-time password (TOTP) settings.
Click the Users tab.
To unlock time-based one-time password user accounts
In the AMC, navigate to System Configuration > Authentication Servers.
In the Other servers section, click Edit next to Configure time-based one-time password (TOTP) settings.
Click Users.
Select the user accounts you want to unlock in the list.
Click the Unlock icon.
To delete time-based one-time password user accounts
In the AMC, navigate to System Configuration > Authentication Servers.
In the Other servers section, click Edit next to Configure time-based one-time password (TOTP) settings.
Click Users.
Select the user accounts you want to delete in the list.
Click the Delete (X) icon.
After you have deleted a user account, the user will be prompted again to receive a new time-based one-time password and backup codes.
To allow users to deregister their account themselves, enable Allow user to deregister account option under One-Time Passwords section of Authentication server. This will provide an option on WorkPlace for user to deregister their account. Once deregistered, user will be prompted to register a new account during next login.
