Importing users and groups csv file in mapped accounts

To import the users and groups csv file:

1. In the AMC, navigate to Security Administration > Users & Groups.

2. Click the Mapped Accounts tab.

3. Click the Import button.

   The Import page is displayed.

4. Click Download Template.

   

5. Open the downloaded .csv file and add users or groups from second row.

   You can either import users or groups .csv file.

   The first row in .csv file is for heading and is not considered during import.

   

6. Fill in the first column.

   It is optional to fill the second and third columns.

7. Click Save and close the .csv file.

8. In the Import page, select any realm or Any in Select realm option.

9. In User Type select any one of the Groups or Users options.

10. Click on the Browse button and select the saved .csv file.

11. Under the If entry already exists with the given name option, choose any one the following:

    • Update the entries with imported data

    • Do not update the existing entries

12. Click Import.

    

    All the users or groups are imported and report is displayed.
