Dashboard

The Dashboard gives the overview of all your SonicWall products and associated alerts. Overview of the Dashboard changes based on the role of the logged-in user.

If you are a Master MSP, you can see:

• Total MSPs of the logged-in Master MSP
• Need Attention-MSPs (count of MSPs that have alerts on them)
• Total Tenants of the logged-in Master MSP
• Need Attention-Tenants (count of tenants that have alerts on them)

If you are an MSP or Customer, you can see:

• Total Tenants
• Need Attention-Tenants (count of tenants that have alerts on them)

The Dashboard information changes with a scope change in SCOPE SELECTOR.

If you do not have an active registered product, you can learn more about the product offerings and activate a trial from the Dashboard tiles.

From the Dashboard, you can get:

• The overall visibility of the product-wise registered units on the Overview dashboard.

  

  • Cloud Secure Edge total count represents the number of user seats that have licenses registered.
  • Firewall total count represents the number of firewalls (hardware and virtual) that are registered to the account.

  • Capture Client total count represents the number of endpoint devices that have a Capture Client agent installed with an active license.

    This does not include Capture Client MDR license.

  • Access Point total count represents the number of SonicWave access points that are registered to the account.
  • Switch total count represents the number of switches that are registered to the account.
  • SMA 1000 total count represents the number of SMA devices that are registered to the account.
  • Capture Client MDR total count represents the number of endpoint devices that have a Capture Client agent installed with an active license under SonicWall's MDR service offering.

• The number of alerts waiting for your attention on the Notifications dashboard.

  • Total alerts
  • Product-wise alerts
  • Category-wise alerts
