Tenant Roles and Privileges

Action Privileges Conditions / Examples
Create Tenant Super Admins, Admins, and Employees in the default User Group can create tenants. Employees outside the default User Group can see the option but cannot create tenants due to workflow restrictions.
Add or Remove Products from Tenant

Super Admins can add or remove any products regardless of permissions. Admins and Employees can add or remove products only if they are part of the default User Group, and their User Access + Tenant Access + Product Access permissions allow it.

Least‑permissive rules apply when multiple User Groups are assigned.

Use Case Highlights:

  • If any User Group gives Tenant Access = No Access, the user cannot see those tenants.
  • Conflicting Product Access (Admin vs No Access) results in read‑only product behavior.
  • Without Tenant Access, Product Access cannot grant visibility to tenants or products.
Delete Tenant Only Super Admins can permanently delete a tenant. —
