User Management Roles and Privileges

Action Privileges Conditions / Examples
Invite Employees Super Admins and Admins can invite employees to the organization. Employees with User Access Management = Operator, Read-only, or No Access can see the Invite option but cannot perform the action due to workflow restrictions.
Mark an Employee as an Admin Super Admins and Admins can mark or unmark a user as an Admin. When marked as Admin, the user’s User Access Management automatically changes to Admin. When removed, it automatically changes back to Employee.
Update User Access Management Role Only Super Admins can change a user’s role to Admin, Operator, Read‑Only, or No Access.
Update or Remove Super Admin Only Super Admins can add or remove another Super Admin from the organization. The Update Super Admin option is visible to all users (Admins and Employees), but only Super Admins can perform the action — others are restricted through workflow.
Remove Users (Employees/Admins/Super Admins)

Super Admins can remove all users from the organization, while Admins can remove only Employees.

Remove External / Affiliated Users Only Super Admins can remove External / Affiliated Users from the organization account.
