Affiliations Roles and Privileges

The Affiliations process is an organization‑level mechanism that establishes secure, controlled links between a Managed Service Provider (MSP) and a customer/reseller organization. It enables two organizations to connect so they can share products, resources, and management capabilities within the organizational account. Action	Privileges
Invite Customer or Reseller via Affiliation	Only Super Admins can invite customers or resellers through the affiliation process.
Approve Affiliation Request	Only Super Admins can approve an affiliation request.
Reject Affiliation Request	Only Super Admins can reject an affiliation request.
Revoke Affiliation	Only Super Admins can revoke an existing affiliation.
