Monthly User Groups Roles and Privileges

Monthly User Groups are shown only when your account has at least one product on a monthly subscription.

Action Privileges Conditions / Examples
Create a New User Group Super Admins and Admins can create a new User Group. Employees with No Access cannot access the User Groups section; they can only see the User List (Monthly).
Add or Remove Users from a User Group Super Admins, Admins, and Employees with User Access Management = Admin can add or remove users from a User Group. Other roles cannot modify group membership.
Add or Remove Tenants from a User Group Super Admins, Admins, and Employees with User Access Management = Admin can add or remove tenants in User Groups.
Define Product Permissions Super Admins and Admins can define or modify product permissions in a User Group.

Product Permission settings determine what users can do with each product (Admin, Operator, Read‑Only, or No Access).

  • Permissions may differ between the Default User Group and custom groups. When a user belongs to multiple User Groups, the least‑permissive product permission applies.

If one group gives Product Access = Admin and another gives Product Access = No Access, the user’s effective permission becomes read‑only for safety.

  • Product permissions also work together with Tenant Access — if Tenant Access = No Access, the user cannot see products even if Product Access = Admin.
Rename User Group Super Admins, Admins, and Employees with User Access Management = Admin can rename a User Group. Allowed only for the default User Group.
Change Default User Group Default User Group cannot be changed from Monthly User Groups. Super Admins and Admins can change only from User Groups.
Delete a User Group Super Admins, Admins, and Employees with User Access Management = Admin can delete a User Group.
Display User Groups (Monthly) Super Admins, Admins, and Employees with User Access Management = Admin can view both tabs, User Group, and User List. Users with No Access can only see the User List. The User Groups section is disabled for them.
