Removing Employees or Customers from the Account

A lower permission user is not able to remove a higher permission user. P1 is the higher permission user and P4 is the lower permission user.

  • Super admin can remove all the employees and customers including Super Admins.
  • Admin can remove the users with P2 and below access level users.
  • Employees can remove P3 and below access level users.
  • Customers do not have permission to remove any user from the .

To remove employees or customers

  1. Login to SonicWall Unified Management.
  2. Navigate to Admin Settings | User Groups > User List tab.
  3. Under the Action column, click the Delete icon of the User to be removed from the .
  4. Click Yes in the confirmation window.

    The user is permanently removed from the .
