Removing Employees or Customers from the Account

A lower permission user is not able to remove a higher permission user. P1 is the higher permission user and P4 is the lower permission user.

• Super admin can remove all the employees and customers including Super Admins.
• Admin can remove the users with P2 and below access level users.
• Employees can remove P3 and below access level users.
• Customers do not have permission to remove any user from the account.

To remove employees or customers

1. Login to SonicWall Unified Management.
2. Navigate to Admin Settings | User Groups > User List tab.
3. Under the Action column, click the Delete icon of the User to be removed from the account.

4. Click Yes in the confirmation window.

   The user is permanently removed from the account.
