Configuring for TOTP Authentication Events

 

• This option is applicable only when a Gen 7 firewall running SonicOS 7.3.1 and above is onboarded or upgraded an existing Gen 7 firewall to SonicOS 7.3.1.

• Make sure that:

  • On-time Password Method is set to TOTP on the Firewall under the Device > Settings > Administration > Firewall Administrator tab.

    

  • Configured Two-factor authetication to reflect TOTP options on the Firewall View | Device > Log > Settings page.

Enable TOTP authentication alerts on the Firewall View | Device > Log > Settings page.
