Device Status Change Alert Notifications

You can define a threshold value to monitor the connection between Firewall Management and Firewall. Firewall Management generates an alert if the firewall has lost connection with Firewall Management, and connectivity is not restored within the defined threshold value.

To configure device settings

1. Navigate to Manager View | Home > Log and Alerts > Settings > Events tab.

2. Click the Settings icon next to the Health Status under the Device Management group.

   

3. Set the Device connection state change alert threshold value.

   The default value is Zero (0). You can set the value between 0 and 1440 minutes.

   

4. Click Save.
