Creating a Report Template

• You can create report templates from both All Tenants and Tenant levels.
• Report templates created at tenant level are available for that particular tenant only.

To create a report template

1. Navigate to Manager View | Home > Reports > Report Templates page.
2. Click the Add icon.
3. Enter a unique Report Template Name to identify and apply while Creating a Report Rule.
4. Enter a Report Template Description for your reference. This is optional.

5. Select the REPORTS categories to include in the template.

   Select at least one sub-category from the report types.

   

6. Click Create.

A new template is created and listed in the Report Templates table.
