MSSP Monthly is Managed Security Service Provider, who offers network security services to its tenants.
The MSSP Monthly program is designed to engage, support, and collaborate with managed security service providers in a way that helps them bring greater value to their customers, while growing their business profitably.
NOTE: Customer can either opt for FlexSpend or MSSP pay go, both options are not available at the same time.
What are the features of the MSSP Program?
- Flexible pricing options that match the way customers want to buy, including exclusive access to monthly and annual MSSP subscription pricing
- Automated provisioning, billing, and license management via MySonicWALL and MySonicWALL Workspace
- Unified visibility and management across customers’ security environment with Capture Security Client
- Pre-defined threat analytics, reporting and workflows through MySonicWALL Workspace
- Access to Tier 3 Premier Technical Support, and a dedicated Services Account Manager (SAM) at the Powered Plus tier
- Assigned account manager and a sales engineer for partner development and coselling, and an assigned Solution Architect (Powered Plus tier only)
- MSSP-tailored training curriculum in SonicWall University
- Deal Registration price protection and co-selling support
