What happens to cloud backups when products are transferred to another account?

Description
When a firewall product has cloud backup instances, and if the product needs to be transferred to a different account then the cloud backup instances can be either deleted or preserved, depending on the selection of the option while performing the transfer action.
Resolution
- Access your MySonicWall.com account and then go to My Workspace | Products
- Select the product that needs to be transferred to another account
- Click on the "Transfer Products" menu
- From the "Transfer products to" popup window select the "User account" tab
- Add the account email address which the product will be transferred to
- If the existing cloud backup instances needs to be deleted then select the option that is highlighted.
- If the existing cloud backup instances need to be preserved, the highlighted option should not be selected.
- Click on the "Transfer" button to complete the process.
