Though multiple users are connected to GVC by entering a different username, the same username is displayed under VPN | Settings | currently Active VPN tunnels and the Gateway address is different. This can cause some confusion to understand which username is actually connected.
The cause of this issue is because of cloning windows OS with an existing GVC installation on multiple machines.
To resolve this issue uninstall GVC from the machine, make sure you select the below options and then reinstall the GVC.
[Check] Delete all settings and configuration files.
[Uncheck] Retain the MAC address of the virtual adapter.
