This article explains about the various filtering and reporting options available in Cloud GMS /CSC.
In Cloud GMS/CSC we can see Live reports and Data Usage reports. You can get the overall reports under Reports tab in CSC and Analytics will give you detailed reports.
Reporting options in CSC
Login to Cloud GMS and click on Reports tile.
Navigate to Overview and Live Reports to see live reports in CSC for the unit added. You can get Application Usage, Bandwidth Usage, Packet rate, Packet size, Connection rate, Connection count and Multi core monitor details in Live Reports section.
Under Details tab you can get the reports based on Applications, Users, Viruses, Intrusions, Spyware, Botnet, Web Categories, Sources, Destination, Blocked action.
You can sort the report based on number of connections or based on total number of blocked connections.
Under Scheduled Reports and Archive tab you can download the daily reports or archived reports in PDF formats.
Analytics section:
You can see detailed reports in Analytics section and you also have options to download these reports in CSV or archive the reports in PDF format.
Click on Analytics and expand All Traffic. This section will provide you the detail data usage reports.
Groups format
You can view the reports based on Applications, Web Activities, Sources, Destination and Threats. Reports can be viewed in Groups/ Graph/ Session logs format.

Reports can be exported in CSV format or saved as a PDF report under Scheduled Report -- Archive section.
Web Activity reports can be fetched Under Web Activities tab and Blocked section will provide details about all the blocked connections. You can use drill down function to fetch reports based on IP address or websites.
Filters can be set based on Applications, Web Activities, Sources, Destinations, Threats, Devices, BWM and Blocked.
Adding multiple filters:
CGMS provides the facility to add multiple filters as shown below.
Click on Refresh for the filters to get applied.
