Description
MacOS X NetExtender stops passing traffic while connected.
Resolution
If installing the latest firmware and NetExtender update doesn't resolve the issue, follow the steps below on your MacOS X workstation:
- From the Dock, click System Preferences, go to Network.
- Choose your network connection from the sidebar on the left. Click Advanced, then go to the Ethernet tab.
- Change the Configure option to Manually. Set the MTU option to Custom, then enter 1492 in the text box. Click OK. Note: An alternate MTU value to use is 1404.
Notes: Operating System used is Apple MacOS X 10.5 (Leopard).
