This KB article explains the reason of the error "Original Source:Unknown service class"displayed when creating a NAT policy.
Technically it is not possible to translate single port into multiple port numbers, so when a NAT policy is created to translate single port number to multiple port numbers it will throw an error message "Error: Original Source:Unknown service class".
This release includes significant user interface changes and many new features that are different from the SonicOS 6.5 and earlier firmware. The below resolution is for customers using SonicOS 7.X firmware.
When creating a NAT policy, make sure that service translation is configured correctly, single port number can only be translated only to one port number.
NOTE: Multiple ports can be translated to single port number.
