Icons

Engaging with SonicWall AI for Monitoring & Insight (SAMI) is straightforward, owing to its well-defined iconography. The following table outlines the icons, buttons, symbols, and windows currently utilized in the SAMI interface.

Icon Description
Using the Scope Selector drop-down, select the tenant for which you want to use the SAMI assistance.
In text box type the desired query.
Click to send query.
Click to stop the SAMI's current output response generation.

Click New Chat to start a new chat window.

    The New Chat is activated only after first query is sent.
    If you click New Chat, the current conversation ends, and a new one begins. Click Okay to proceed.

Indicates the total number of remaining queries versus allowed queries for the organization.
The SAMI lists the top five most used queries to encourage users to start a conversation.

Indicates that the SAMI is retrieving the response.

 

Indicates the time taken by the SAMI to retrieve the response.

Select the relevant to provide feedback.

Select to copy the response.

Select to export the response to a text or PDF file. This downloaded file is saved in Downloads folder.

If you are unsatisfied with the response, you can click Yes to regenerate the result. See Feedback.
