When upgrading Email Security software to version 10.0.3 legitimate emails are being treated as likely spoof, failing on DKIM and then stored in the junk box.

The SonicWall Engineering team is investigating the root cause for legitimate emails being flagged as junk (when DKIM is enabled). In the mean time, it is recommended to disable DKIM checks to avoid legitimate mail being sent to the Junk Box.
To disable DKIM checking please perform the following:
Login to the Email Security admin page and navigate to Manage.
On the left menu select Security Services | Anti-Spoofing.
Scroll down to DKIM Settings and uncheck the box "Enable DKIM validation for incoming messages" then click Apply Changes.
