When reporting Capture ATP file problems, please check the UTM log to see whether it successfully sent the file to the backend (look for the "Confirmation received" in the log), and please add the SN and URL, and MD5 or SHA256 if you have to the problem report for tech team to analyse.
These information can be collected from the following areas.
SN: Navigate to System >Status page, find the Serial Number of the appliance in the System Information area. You can also find the SN in the Capture ATP report.
LOG: Go to Log > Log Monitor page | Click View Filter at the top left | Select Security Services from the drop down list of the category option | Look for the log item you are desired.
URL: URL is displayed in the log message. Click the log you found, the URL can also be found in the log.
MD5/SHA256: Go to Capture ATP > Status page | Find the file record in the status report area | Click the file record, you can find the MD5 and SHA256 at the bottom left of the pop-up report window.
