SonicWall NGFW appliance with SSO and TSA features enabled ceases to respond over a period of time
Over time, the firewall may stop responding to ping requests and web management requests, including SSH and console access. The firewall may also stop passing traffic between interfaces/to the Internet.
Condition: The issue occurs only in deployments where both SSO and TSA features are enabled.
Resolution or Workaround:
To resolve this issue please upgrade the SonicWall appliance with the 18.104.22.168 based hotfix firmware - 22.214.171.124-57o-HF120939-7o. Please contact support to obtain the hotfix firmware.
The fix will be included in SonicOS 126.96.36.199 and above.
