After the lifetime expires, AMC user sessions remain active but have been terminated. We have set the lifetime credentials to 240 minutes, but user sessions still show 2-4 days of active licences.
The customer discovered that the WebUI user session does not accurately reflect the actual user status. They only use the workplace. The user session should expire after the lifetime session has expired. However, they discovered that the WebUI indicates that the user is active.
Given the max. session lifetime is 4 hours
Login to workplace
Leave the session alone for 5 hours
Session timeout warning when clicking any workplace shortcut. Click Log In.
Check on AMC > user session, the above session will show 5 hours.

This problem has been identified and fixed in the upcoming Ver-12.4.1+ June Hotfixes release.
