Customers see only the "Microsoft XPS Document Writer" if they use Firefox or Google Chrome to start an apllication on bookmarked Citrix Portal. If they use Internet Explorer with ActiveX Plugin, all printers are usable.
This is a known issue caused by universal printer driver if the customer's Citrix Server no longer includes the PCL4 driver. (Please see the details and solution steps in "http://support.citrix.com/article/ctx128352".) The developer team already solved the problem after updated the "HP LaserJet series II" printer driver on Citrix Server while reproducing the issue in our lab.
If you try the steps above and the problem still exists, We suggest that you can update the Citrix Java Client (JICAComponents.zip) to the latest version.
