Steps to manually clear CAS SonicWall Tenant on O365 portal

Here are the steps to manually clear CAS SonicWall Tenant on O365 portal.

 

Step#1  Admin User

 

Login to O365 Azure Portal and Delete CAS Service user.

Step#2 Rules

 

Go to “Admin Center” → Exchange.  2) Mail flow → rules  3) You should delete 3 rules (in case you have created inline rule):   A. SonicWall - Protect    B. SonicWall - Junk Filter   C. SonicWall - Whitelist

Step#3 Connectors

 

Step-3: Connectors  In “mail flow” → connectors, you should delete 3 connectors (or 2 if you didn't create an  inline rule):  A. SonicWall Inbound.  B. SonicWall Outbound (is created when you create inline rule).  C. SonicWall Journaling Outbound.

Step#4: Journal rule:

 

Go to “Compliance management” → Journal rule and delete it.

Step#5  Connection Filter:

 

  • Go to protection → Connection filter 
  • 2) Open “Default” rule, and from connection filtering delete the IP address.
