How to create new admin user and Guest users for WNM Tenant

Description

Please note if you need to allow another user to give admin access or Guest user to your tenant or WNM

Resolution

  1. Login to your MySonicWall account
  2. Navigate to User groups | select the user group (Tenant) and click on Add users or selecting the existing users.
    NOTE: Please check the permission level to the tenant

  3. Select the User list to give admin access to the user based on the user group that you would like to give by selecting the "Mark as admin" as shown in the below screenshot.

  4. Login to cloud.sonicwall.com by selecting the right tenant

  5. Goto  Users to check/View the user account that has Admin access and Guest access 
    Image
  6. Click on Add user in the cloud.sonicwall.com creates a Guest user, not an Admin.

  7. Type the Name, Description, Password and click OK.
