Accessing SonicWall Unified Management

SonicWall Unified Management is a cloud‑based management platform that provides a single, centralized interface to access and manage SonicWall security services. It enables administrators and service providers to efficiently oversee multiple tenants, devices, and services while simplifying access through single sign‑on. Unified Management serves as the entry point to management applications such as Network Security Manager (NSM), helping organizations streamline firewall management and improve operational visibility.

To access SonicWall Unified Management

1. Create a MySonicWall account.

2. Ensure the account is an organization‑based MySonicWall account.

   1. Log in to MySonicWall.

   2. Navigate to Settings > My Account.

   3. Verify that an Organization ID is displayed.

   If no Organization ID is shown, you must upgrade or migrate your account to an organization account.

3. Navigate to https://platform.sonicwall.com.

4. Sign in using your MySonicWall credentials.

   This creates your Unified Management (NSM) tenant automatically on first login. To complete initial Unified Management setup, refer to the SonicWall Unified Management Administration Guide.
