Accessing the SafeMode Web Interface

To access the SafeMode web interface

  1. Reboot the NSv in SafeMode. For information, refer to Enabling SafeMode.

    The console displays the SafeMode management IP address.

  2. In a browser, navigate to http://<IP address>.

    In SafeMode, the web management interface is available only over HTTP (not HTTPS).

  3. In the Maintenance Key field, enter the maintenance key of the NSv.

    To obtain the maintenance key, sign in to MySonicWall, go to My Workspace > Products, and select the product’s serial number. The Product Details page displays the maintenance key.

  4. The SafeMode web management interface displays.
