Relay Protocol	Protocol for the policy.
Enable	Indicates whether the IP Helper policy is enabled.
Source	Interface or zone for the policy.
Destination	Network destination.
Comment	Comment entered when the policy was configured.
Configure	Contains the Edit and Delete icons for each entry.
