Description
現在登録しているEメールアドレスにアクセスできない場合
メールアドレス変更する際、現在登録されているEメールアドレス宛に認証コードが配信されます。そのコードが確認できない場合、メールアドレス変更が行えません。なんらかの事由により認証コードが取得できない場合は、新規でMySonicWallアカウントを作成し、そちらへ製品を移行頂けますよう何卒よろしくお願いいたします。
製品移管手順は 製品譲渡の手順について を参照ください。
Resolution
MySonicWall https://www.mysonicwall.com/ へログイン。
CAUTION: IEはサポート対象外です
左メニュー 設定 | アカウント をクリックし、自分の個人用プロファイル に表示される 電子メールの更新 をクリック。
赤枠へ新しいEメールアドレスを入力し 送信 をクリック。
現在のEメールアドレスと、新しい Eメールアドレス宛に認証コード（two-step verification code: 6桁）が配信されます。
Verification Code from Current Email Address: 現在登録されているEメールアドレスで受信した認証コード
Verification Code from New Email Address: 新しいEメールアドレスで受信した認証コード
TIP: 以下が認証コードを配信するメール情報です。
メール件名：MySonicWall update email verification code
差出人：DONOTREPLY-2FA@sonicwall.com
認証コードは赤枠内の数字6桁です。
ページ上部に Success が表示されます。
新しいEメールアドレスで初回ログインを行うと、購読コードの入力が求められる場合があります。購読コードは新しいEメールアドレス宛に送信されますので、受信箱をご確認ください。
件名： [ACTION REQUIRED] Your Mysonicwall.com E-mail has been updated
送信元：registration@sonicwall.com
メール本文内にある下記赤枠（Verification code）が購読コードです。
購読コード（Verification code）を入力し 送信 をクリック。
以上で作業は完了です。
