SMB SSL-VPN: GeoIP database offline
Resolution
If the Geo IP server status shows offline please check whether the firewall allows connection from the SRA to the https://gbdata.global.sonciwall.com (port 443) and http://geoipdata.global.sonicwall.com (port 80).
In order for the SRA to properly communicate with the backend servers the above ports and corresponding IP addresses have to be allowed through the firewall.
