Lost or New Phone

The nice thing about EVO is, even if you lose your phone, you can setup EVO on your new phone, and it will restore all EVO as well as 3rd party keys! To get started do this:

Step 1. Submitting Ticket

If you still have access to the EVO app on your current/old phone, skip this step and move on to Step 2. Restoring to a New Phone

  1. Log into our Ticket Portal and select Submit a ticketMFA, Identity & Access Management→ EVO Support.
    1. This needs to be done so that your old/lost device is removed from your EVO account allowing you setup a new/replacement one.
    2. This must be done so that when you log into the EVO web portal, it will send the one-time code to your email instead of to the device that you don’t have access to anymore.

Step 2. Restoring to New Phone

You will only be able to follow the below instructions AFTER submitting the above ticket or if you still have access to the EVO mobile app on your old device.
