How to remove Autorenewals from mysonicwall.com portal?

Description

This article provides instructions to delete the preset Autorenewal for a registered product under MSW account.

Resolution


1. Go to www.mysonicwall.com and log in using the registered username/email address and password.

2. On the left panel, navigate to Product Management | My Autorenewals

3. From the list, click the trash can icon (Image) under the Action column against the product serial number/s, to delete the autorenewal
