How to Register My SMA100 Trade-Up Program License

SonicWall's SMA100 Trade-Up Program allows you to trade in your legacy SMA100 appliance to receive a limited-time discount to upgrade to Cloud Secure Edge (CSE) - our modern, cloud-delivered remote access solution.  

      1.  Go to https://www.mysonicwall.com, log into your account.

      2.  Under the Dashboard, click on Register Products.

      3.  Select a Tenant while does not have an existing Cloud Secure Edge product and click Proceed to product registration.

      4.  Enter the SMA100 Trade-Up Program activation key and select SMA100 Trade-up from the drop-down.

      5.  Eligible SMA100 appliances will appear in the Trade-Up pop-up window (only eligible SMA100 appliances will be visible for selection).  Once the desired SMA100 appliance is selected,                        acknowledge the terms & conditions and click Done.  

      Note: SMA100 appliance selected as the Trade-Up Unit will be decomissioned automatically in 60 days and may cease to function beyond this point.

      6.  Enter a unique Org name (once CSE is provisioned, Org name cannot be changed), select the data center from the drop-down and click Done.

      7.  The provisioning status will move to In Sync once provisioning is completed.
