How to get the URI associated to the Viruses being blocked by SonicWall?

Enabling the "Log Virus URI" option allows users to check the URI and file name details of what is being blocked. This configuration is available on the diag page and is disabled by default.

Resolution for SonicOS 7.X

This release includes significant user interface changes and many new features that are different from the SonicOS 6.5 and earlier firmware. The below resolution is for customers using SonicOS 7.X firmware.

1.  After login into the firewall navigate to the "Diag page" and click on "Internal Settings". How to access the diag page
   
   
   
   
2. Scroll down to "SECURITY SERVICES SETTINGS" and enable the "Log Virus URI"
   
   
   
   
3. Exit the Internal Settings page
