How to download case attachments in the Mysonicwall.com portal?

This article explains how to download case attachments from a MySonicWall.com account. 

1. Login to your Mysonicwall account.

2. Navigate to Support & Resources | Manage cases.

3. Select a case.

4. The Attachments section will display the current attachments for your case. If you click on one attachment, you'll be prompted to download the file.
