How to change report schedule time?

To get to the option to allow you to change the time when reports are scheduled to run. Please go to the Console Tab. Under the Console Tab go to Reports>Email/Archive. 
You will see the option for Email/Archive Time Settings.
Next Scheduled Email/Archive Time (mm/dd/yyyy hh:min)
