This article covers how to download required tech support files for SonicWaves managed by WNM

NOTE: Packet captures are necessary for disconnections or throughput issues

1. Login to WNM
2. Increase the logging level for notifications to 6 for alerts - Navigating to Settings | Notification Center | Alert
    
3. Navigating to Settings | Notification Center | Threats to 6
   
4. Navigating to Settings | Notification Center | Log to 3
   
5. Download the TSR of the SonicWaves
6. Navigate to Devices | Select the SonicWave | Click Upload
   
7. Download the SonicWave TSR
8. Navigating to Devices | Select the SonicWave | Click Download
   
9. Select the most recent file and click to Download
   
   
10. Navigating to Overview |Logs | Select last 30 days | click to export
    
11. Navigating to Overview | Audit | Select Last 1 year and export
    
12. Navigating to Overview | Alerts | select last 30 days | click to export
    
13. Run a packet capture on the SonicWave
    Check the Band, Mode and Channel details in order to setup the packet capture
    
14. Setup the packet capture, navigating to Air Marshal | Packet Capture
    Add the details: Mode, Radio Band and Standard Channel displayed on the step 13
    Add the Source MAC of the client (user) laptop
    TIP: It would be best if the capture is collected on WiFi MAC of the computer, because mobile phones usually have the random MAC function turned on.
    Destination MAC: The SonicWave AP MAC address where the user is connected
    Add the ESSID name: It should be the SSID name displayed for the user to connect
    Click OK
    
15. Start the Packet Capture navigating to Air Marshal | Packet Capture | Select the AP and click Start Capture
    
16. When completed export the Packet Capture - Click to Stop | Download the Captured Packets
