This article describes ways to gather Mobile Connect debug logs on Windows 8 and Windows 10 machines.
There are two ways of accessing the debug logs for the Mobile Connect clients for Windows 8 and Windows 10.
One way is to access the Power Shell as per the Mobile Connect user guide:

The other method involves accessing the event viewer to retrieve the logs.
In order to do that please open the Event Viewer and access the following path:
Applications and Services Logs --> Microsoft --> Windows --> Vpn Plugin Platform --> OperationalVerbose
Once the section is opened. Please make sure that the logging is enabled.
After the logs are generated they can be exported with "save all events as". Please export the logs in .txt format and send them for analysis to SonicWall Technical Support.
