Custom Shortcuts based on AMC settings

Administrators can allow their end-users to overwrite some of the default settings of the shortcuts. This option Allow users to change this shortcut settings on Workplace is available for Graphical terminal or Text terminal shortcuts under Advanced page.

When enabled, end-users can edit the shortcut (like personal bookmark) and update some settings of the shortcut on workplace home page. When the shortcut is launched subsequently, the updated settings are used and not the administrator default settings.

End-user also has an option to revert the shortcut settings to administrator default.

This feature enhances user experience by allowing personalization while giving administrators control over security and access policies.
