EPC Zone Classification doesn't work as intended

Open the SnwlConnect.log and see for below log:

Connect Tunnel has identified an issue on your machine and may not work properly. Please fix the issue before connecting to VPN.

The error is occurred due to corrupted WMI on the Windows machine.

To repair WMI

  1. Press Windows Start key and search for Run application.
  2. In the Run dialog, type wmimgmt.msc and then click OK.

  3. In the wmimgmt screen, right-click WMI Control (Local) and click Properties.

    If Win32_Process shows as invalid class, then follow the below steps to repair WMI:

    1. Open Command Prompt.
    2. Run the command net stop winmgmt.
    3. Open Windows Explorer and navigate to "C:\Windows\System32\wbem\" folder and then rename "Repository" folder to "RepositoryOLD"
    4. Restart the computer.
    5. Open Command Prompt and run the command net stop winmgmt.
    6. Run the command winmgmt /resetRepository.
    7. Restart the computer.
