Forget Password Functionality

To retrieve the password when forgotten

1. Click on the Forgot Password ?

   

2. Enter the User Name and Primary Email.

   

   Primary Email is the Email ID configured under System | Settings > Administration > Notifications page. This mail address is used to send One Time Password.

3. Click Submit.

4. Enter the below details:

   • OTP sent on the Primary Email.

   • Recovery Code - This is the code downloaded and saved from the Authentication tab of Manager View | User Management > Users page.

   • Enter the new Password.

   • Enter the same password in Confirm Password.

   

5. Click Submit.

   On successful password change, you will be redirected to the login page.

6. Login with the updated credentials.
