Downloading the Recovery Code

A Recovery Code along with OTP sent to Email Address configured in SMPT settings is used to reset the NSM Password in case if login password is forgotten. You can generate the recovery code whenever you want.

This feature is available only for Super Admin users.

Keep this code safe and accessible. To recover the NSM password, this code is mandatory. This code can be used only once and must be regenerated after being used to sign in.

To create users

1. Navigate to Manager View > Home | User Management > Users page.

2. Create a Super Admin user. Refer Creating a New User.

3. Click the Ellipses icon in the ACTION column of the Super Admin user you want to generate recovery code for and click Edit.

   

4. Make sure that a valid Primary Email is set for the Super Admin user.

5. Click the Authentication tab.

   

6. Click Generate & Download the Recovery Code.
