Trouble shooting a scenario where SNWL GUI is not accessible

SCENARIO / SYMPTOM

• A third party certificate is being used to manage the SNWL
• The internet is accessible through SNWL and the device can be pinged
• The GUI authentication screen does not show
• The ‘Enable Client Certificate Check’ option has been enabled by mistake under System>Administration and as a result, access is lost

RESOLUTION/WORKAROUND

• Disable the option by logging into the device via SSH
• Command to disable ‘Client certificate check’
