Customizing the List View

You can filter and customize the List view using the following options. The data filters control what data is retrieved, while the display options control how that data is presented in the table.

Use the following toolbar controls to filter the data displayed across all tabs:

  • Report Type — Click the All Traffic drop-down to select the report type. The available options are:
    • All Traffic
    • Web Activities
    • Threats
    • Blocked
  • IP Version — Filter the information by IP version. The available options are Both (default), IPv4, and IPv6.
  • Time Slider — Adjust the time duration for the displayed data.
  • Custom — Customize the date range.
  • Search — Search for a particular entry within the active tab.

Use the following options to control how the filtered data is presented in the table:

  • Change Limit — Sets the maximum number of rows displayed per group. The available values are 10, 25, 50 (default), 100, 250, 500, 1000, 5000, and 8000 (Max).
  • Change Group by — Changes the grouping criteria for the displayed data. The available options depend on the active tab. For example:
    • On the Applications tab: Applications (default), Categories, Signatures, Risk, Technology, Class Type.
    • On the Web Activities tab: Websites (default), URLs, Web Categories, URL Reputation.
  • Grid — Switch to the Grid display mode.
  • Export — Export the displayed data.
  • Refresh — Refresh the page.

In addition to the toolbar and display options, you can apply inline filters to any value within a group to refine the data further. For example, on the Applications tab, you can filter on a specific application by clicking the funnel icon that appears when you hover over the empty space after the application name. Once you apply a filter and reload the view, data in all other groups is filtered for the selected value. For example, if you filter by the SSL application and reload, the Sources tab displays only SSL application sources. This behavior applies to all other tabs as well.
